I discovered Binky when I bought something from a craft shop in Malta and the shopkeeper gave me a bag with Binky's advert on it.I soon entered the website and couldn't wait to visit the shop in Gozo.....I was in Heaven!!! :) I bought from the shop and 2 times online.The delivery was quick and at one time Tony delivered the package himself.I appreciated it!! I have ordered a rubber stamp and it was made exactly how I wanted it. Thank you so much!! You both are really nice & helpful.Keep it up!!

I'm a cardmaking lover, and I explore Binkycrafts in September 2009. The Best craft shop on the Island, I realy was amazed with all those products. I bought quite a lot of things that day, then I shopped online twice, and from March till yesterday 09/05/2010 I came over to your fantastic shop three times to do my shopping, because although I had a very good service when shopping online, its my pleasure being there shopping.
Both of you are very helpfull, keep it up.

Sorry for the day and a half it took for the reply but we were busy looking for new shops to supply in Malta.
We usually reply to all email as soon as we receive them but if the question is better answered by one of us that is not available this can sometimes delay the reply.

I want to thank you so much for your great service!! Very well done on everything, i appreciated the e-mails regarding the order status, the efficiency, the quality and even the packaging! Keep it up. Even some foreign companies don't have this great service.....believe me! I've tried some.
